Coaching and Consulting Agreement

Our collaboration is grounded in trust and mutual respect, crucial for the success of our work together. The principles and ethics guiding our sessions are in accordance with the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. This agreement applies to all sessions, whether individual or group, and I encourage open discussion of any concerns or questions throughout our journey.

Agreement for Services

This agreement outlines the business relationship between you, the client, and Yoorica IT, Inc. (Yoorica) dba Zion Nefesh coaching or consulting services. Our services may encompass a range of offerings, including writing, project management, training, group programs, etc., provided by Zion Nefesh and other practitioners through Yoorica.

Scope of Services

The services provided under this agreement include professional coaching and consulting, or a combination thereof. Coaching involves a thought-provoking and creative process tailored to your goals, while consulting offers advice based on specific expertise. Our approach may combine both to best suit your needs.

Policies and Logistics

  • Payment: Agreements on the frequency, length, and cost of sessions will be made in advance. Payment is required before scheduling sessions.
  • Communication: For ongoing support, practitioners will be available between sessions via email or online messaging, contingent on regular session scheduling.
  • Scheduling: It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions in advance via the practitioner’s online calendar.
  • Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable except in true emergencies.
  • Long-Distance Calls: Clients bear the responsibility for long-distance call charges. We offer a variety of options to connect, including conference call lines and Skype audio.

Confidentiality and Limits

We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. However, to maintain professional standards, certain information like session times may be logged for credentialing purposes. Call recordings may be used for practitioner’s professional development, and client data may be accessible to administrative staff, all under strict confidentiality.

Engagement in our sessions requires your presence, authenticity, and openness. We encourage you to communicate freely and provide feedback to ensure the relationship remains powerful and effective for you.
